In 2004, as a response to some very poor customer service from our hosting provider, we started a web hosting business to provide the best possible, personal service to our clients.
Our aim was not just to provide great service but to also teach and encourage our clients to learn more about their hosting and what they could do with it.
The web hosting side of the business has changed hands now, but is still going strong.
Our focus is now centered on helping people better understand web hosting and the facilities they are paying for each year from their hosting provider.
